Please check if you can upload them manually via the Upload feature and dragging to the browser based on the article: Upload files to a library. If so, please pause syncing the library and move the two items to another location from both the OneDrive for Business local folder and the browser. Then, resume syncing and add them back to check the result.
Then, go to the library in the browser and change other location to re-sync it. Note : please backup data based on the instructions in the article before using the Fix it tool. One Drive is not letting us download more than one file at a time, nor download complete folders possible zipping glitch? We try selecting one file and it downloads successfully. We add a second file to be downloaded and the interface does nothing. No pop up window notifying us that our download is zipping or anything. Same when attempting to download a folder. Note: We’re frequent users of One Drive at our business, so this is a new development. Downloading multiple files has not been an issue in the past.
